Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SA Strategic Intelligence Ltd ("SA Strategic Intelligence", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of our website, newsletter, strategy-call bookings, and the SA Intelligence ABM platform (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

The Service provides strategic intelligence content, a booking system, and an account-based marketing platform. Features and plans are described on our Pricing page and may evolve over time.

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and safeguard your credentials. You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• upload malware or attempt to breach, probe, or scrape the Service;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical limits.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment terms, billing cycles, taxes, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

We (or our licensors) own all rights in the Service, including its software, content, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your plan. You retain all rights in the content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, expose the Service to fraud or security risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time; see the Refund Policy for refund mechanics.

On termination, we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention window; export tools remain available while your account is active.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Mauritius, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
