Refund Policy

SA Strategic Intelligence Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans and one-time purchases of the SA Intelligence platform (including the Whitelabel setup fee). If the Service does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are therefore processed by Paddle.

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to view your orders and request a refund; or
2. Email us at sa@stephanestrategic.tech with your order reference and we will help you request the refund from Paddle.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription ends and is not renewed. We do not automatically pro-rate refunds for unused time outside the 30-day window, but you can always request a refund via the process above and we will review it in good faith.

If you have a billing question or dispute, please contact us or Paddle first — we resolve the vast majority of issues within a few business days. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of the account.
