This Privacy Notice is issued by CIMEIRA CONSULTING LTD (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"). SA Strategic Intelligence is a brand of CIMEIRA CONSULTING LTD. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through our website, newsletter, enquiry forms, and the SA Intelligence ABM platform.

• Account & profile: name, email, company, role, login credentials.
• Enquiry data: information you enter into the qualification questionnaire, contact form, or diagnostic call request.
• Newsletter data: email address and subscription status.
• Free resource downloads: when you request a free resource such as the "Signal over Noise" playbook, we record your name, work email, company, role, country, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the date and time of that consent.
• Usage & telemetry: pages visited, feature interactions, device information, IP address, cookies.
• Content you upload: account lists, contact lists, notes, and any documents you import into the ABM platform.
• Support communications: messages you send us by email or through the platform.

• To provide the website, newsletter, and ABM platform (contract performance).
• To respond to enquiries, schedule strategy calls, and deliver services (contract / legitimate interests).
• To secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests).
• To improve features, measure performance, and produce anonymised analytics (legitimate interests).
• To send transactional and, where permitted, marketing communications (consent / legitimate interests).
• To deliver free resources you request and, where you have ticked the consent box, to send you marketing emails about our services, product launches and offers and to add you to our newsletter database (consent). You may withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to sa@stephanestrategic.tech; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
• To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations (legal obligation).

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

• Merchant of Record (Paddle.com Market Ltd): processes all purchases, subscriptions, invoicing, and sales tax on our behalf.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: for delivery and storage of the website and platform.
• Email and calendar providers: to deliver newsletters, transactional email, and manage strategy-call bookings.
• Analytics and product tooling: to understand usage and improve the product.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and audit providers where required.
• Public authorities: where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers are located outside your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) to ensure a comparable level of protection.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Account data is retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; enquiry data typically for up to 24 months. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• access, correct, or delete your personal data;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• request data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
